Where to donate WWII items?
I have a box that was given to me by my grandfather that was full of items from WWII . My grandfather was in the Army in WWII and there were numerous items he kept including a Hitler youth arm band and nazi officer insignia. Some of the things like his metals I am keeping for myself. But is there any museum or something that I could donate the other items to?

I just feel that it is such a big part of history and it would be selfish for me to keep it all for myself. I am keeping a journal that he kept throughout the war so I have what is important to me.

Should WWII Nazi stuff be sold on Ebay?
Is it cool to sell memorabilia associated with the German army and SS from WWII? I responded to a Q here a few days ago and was really lit into, and called uneducated individual shouting from a soapbox for my answer. Upon reflecting, “maybe” I was too passionate in regards to my own personal opinion. SO, let me ask, is it moral to sell items that are associated with that dark time in history?? Is there any obligation we should have, or not? I look forward to well to your “informed” responses (regardless of my own personal opinions) Thanks.

I found a web site once with Nazi memorabilia. They were selling fake Xyklon-B cannisters. How awful is that? What’s wrong with these people, tens of millions of people were murdered, and they think it’s a game?
