The disadvantages of removing the rubber seals the window to apply window film?
I talked to a window film business professionals who apply window tint, security film, etc. and told me to remove the window rubber seals that go around the window (inside only from the film is applied to the inside of the glass). Is there any chance that water will get into my house when it rains / floods due to the rubber seals inside are gone? I could use that silicone sealant that comes in the tube weird?
There is no reason to remove the seal. Doing so likely result in loss of air or water.

I have a coffee with a joint rubber seal and began to stink. Dishsoap soaking the night before and water and now just feels bad, as it did before, but also a little fruity. How can I clean it with success?
let it sit in vinegar for 5 minutes and then wash and dry.
