How good does Disney’s “Car’s” on Blu-Ray look on a 720p TV with PS3?

I have a 26 inch HDTV and Im wondering how good it Disney pixar “Cars” would look on blu-ray on my 720p tv using my ps3 as blue ray player.

I have a fairly large blu-ray collection and have both 1080i and 1080p sets. I can tell you that Cars is one of the better-looking blu-rays available and looks amazing regardless of which set I view it on. This may be partly due to the fact that it’s animated (most animated films on blu-ray look amazing), but this is one of the first movies I purchased (for my son) and I actually watch it more than him just to show off my sets. Very good reference-quality blu-ray even on 720p.

Also, you should question the advice from Sharoz… you should only enable these settings if supported and needed by your television. I won’t go into detailed explanation on how to test this, but if you Google long enough you’ll find it and it’s simple enough to do.
I’m not saying you shouldn’t turn it on, but OFF is recommended for most sets. whether or not enabling it will help the PQ is dependent upon the TV you’re using. in some cases it will make it much worse.

Outer Space Theme: This is my eight year old nephew’s favorite theme. A self proclaimed aspiring astronaut, the little kid just loved it when my sister decorated the room to resemble a spacecraft which was on a journey through the stars. In addition to the walls which were painted as spaceship potholes overlooking the stars, planets and galaxies, there was also a wall mural resembling a spaceship control panel. She also had this cool looking green rocket lamp and vibrant blue quilt bedding with rockets and galaxies.

Body Kit to make the fenders accurate. Underfender wings are common on classic muscle cars so that wont be hard to find.

You will need to get new headlights that will stay open all the time and not flip up..

If you really want to then you can have a custom aftermarket spoiler made to have all the levels that the cartoon does.. but the stock Superbird spoiler is really all you need.
