What would make the control panel in my Chevy trailblazer dead?
Started my truck this morning to no control panel. I have 6 gauges and none of them would register. The digital odometer was out, but my turn signals would flash, and my light for my brights would come on. Otherwise all gauges sat at 0. Computer chip??? Fuse???
Look in the fuse box for a fuse that is labeled I P (interment panel)

question about instrument panel in a 2004 chevy trailbalzer.?
the tach stopped workin and dealer says i need new panel. i found one in salvage yard for alot less than the 450 from dealer. the problem is the dealer says that it has to be purchased from the dealer because it has to be flashed and one out of a salvage yard will not work. does anyone know if this is true or not? any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks!
Yes the gauge cluster needs to be flashed, I’m not sure it the old one could be flashed but these clusters are a common failure but I do believe GM extended the warranty to 70,000 miles. Double check warranty on it.
