Do you think politicians should consider the Constitution a concrete base or a set of guidlines?
Some politicians think that the constitution is the basis of our government, and no major changes should be made (i agree). Others believe it to be a living, changing document, and basically a set of guidelines. Which is it?

We should consider it the law, the base on which we built our country. whenever someone tells me its a ‘living breathing document” I wonder what right we are about to lose “for the good of the people”.

How To Enable Form Based Authentication In Exchange Server 2003
Enabling forms-based authentication (Cookie-auth) lets you enable a new logon page for Outlook Web Access that stores the user’s name and password in a cookie instead of in the browser. When a user closes the browser, the cookie is cleared. Additionally, after a period of inactivity, the cookie is cleared automatically. To access e-mail, the new logon page requires the user to enter a domain, a user name, and a password, or a full user principal name (UPN) e-mail address and password. Forms-based authentication logon does not support Microsoft .NET Passport authentication with Outlook Web Access. This is a limitation of the Forms Based Authentication feature in Exchange 2003.
To enable this logon page, you must first enable forms-based authentication on the server and then secure the logon page by setting the cookie time-out period and adjusting the client-side security settings. For more information, see the “Enabling forms-based authentication” and “Setting the cookie authentication time-out” sections.
In Exchange 2003, forms-based authentication automatically sets the default domain for Basic Authentication on the Exchange virtual directory in Exchange System Manager to a backslash character (). This restriction is designed to support user logons that use the UPN format. If you modify the default domain setting in Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) to anything other than the default domain setting of “”, Exchange System Manager resets the default domain setting to “” on the server.
Additionally, if forms-based authentication is deployed in a front-end/back-end configuration, the default domain setting on the back-end server must match the default domain setting on the front-end server, or you may experience authentication problems. Because the front-end server requires “” as the default domain, if forms-based authentication is enabled on the front-end server, the default domain on the back-end server must also be set to “” in Exchange System Manager.

- Open the Exchange System Manager (ESM) from Start > Programs>Microsoft Exchange.
- Expand Servers and then servername.
- Go to Protocols and expand HTTP.
- Right-click on the Exchange Virtual Server and select Properties.

Looking to buy a home cordless phone system, one line. The base set should have an answering system.?
Base set should also have speakerphone and ability to dial from it even if the handset is misplaced. It should be able to display caller ID (even better if it announces the caller). I got one from Radio Shack but returned it because it was tinny in the sound department. My house WiFi is 2.4 GHz but I found no interference in either direction. The system should be expandable to add 2 or 3 more handsets. I think digital is supposed to be better than analog for security reasons but analog has better voice quality, according to Consumer Report. I can also see where a headset jack would come in handy. I have no idea if 2.4 or 5.8 or 1.9 GHZ is best. (I have not seen the 1.9 GHz/DECT units in any store yet.) SO, HAS ANYONE BOUGHT A RECENT MODEL WITH MY SPECS AND BEEN HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT?
